Snorkelling Off Molokini

In early May, 2010, Anita and I went on a snorkelling excursion to Molokini Crater. We drove from our Maui home base at Whalers Village in Kaanapali to the offices of the Pacific Whale Foundation in Maalea.

We went by boat to Molokini. I never regretted renting an underwater camera ($35) at the office. It is the best snorkelling experience I’ve ever had. Better than my time at the Great Barrier Reef.

The camera worked really well and the office provided me with about 100 of my photos on a disk. I have about 30 snorkelling shots included in my home movie of our holiday in Hawai’i.
